TOP HOTEL PRAGUE – EVERYTHING UNDER ONE ROOF

If you’re searching for the largest congress hotel in Europe, Prague may not be the first place you would look. But that is in fact where you would find it. In the Prague 4 district of Chodov, hidden away from the main roads, is a complex of buildings expanding over nine hectares – the TOP HOTEL Prague. The hotel is surrounded by a Japanese garden where cherry blossoms grow, a feast for the eyes come spring.

If you’ve never heard of Top Hotel Prague before, your first arrival may surprise you, maybe even confuse you. At first glance, you may be wondering whether you’re at a hotel, gallery or perhaps a shopping centre. In a way, it’s a ‘city within a city’. What we are sure of, however, is that building a hotel with the intention of having ‘everything under one roof’ has paid off many times, in this case. Everything is walking distance – from your room to the wellness, casino, bowling alley and the restaurant. There’s no place for boredom here, it seems. The colour palette of the interior is dominated by gold and burgundy, a combination that gives the place a hallmark of luxury and significance. In addition to the pleasant staff, you will be welcomed at the reception by a rarity in the Czech Republic, an onyx tabletop. This semi-precious stone originally comes from Nepal. Nowhere else in the Czech Republic can you find onyx surfaces of such a large format as those at Top Hotel Prague. In addition to the reception, you can admire this unusual material in the hotel restaurant as well.

Top Hotel Prague offers 5 large halls and 16 lounges. The largest hall with the fitting name Top Congress Hall has a massive area of 1400 m² and holds up to 2000 people! The hotel is also prepared for large incoming groups of tourists. Over 800 rooms with 2300 beds are truly unique numbers for Czech standards. And let’s face it, not many hotels have a parking lot that fits 1000 vehicles. Or perhaps a heliport? At your service. 😊

It’s safe to assume that everybody looks for a quality dining experience when visiting a hotel. You can expect that here, fivefold! Both Czech and international cuisine can be enjoyed in five local restaurants of various kinds. What immediately caught our eye was a restaurant with the characteristic name, Touch of India. Upon walking in you find yourself in a large, but surprisingly cosy room with dim lights and Buddha statues. A delicious experience for your taste buds, as well as your mind! In a modern elevator we set out to the top floor and were impressed by what we saw. We were welcomed by the private restaurant Bohemia Top Restaurant, from which you can see Prague as if it were in the palm of your hand. It’s not for nothing that Prague is called one of the most beautiful cities in the world. Here you can see for yourself and enjoy a tasty breakfast with panoramic views, too.

The local chefs are true artists. Not only do they prepare dishes that are food for the eyes, as well as the mouth, but they are masters of carving, too. They have especially earned recognition and several awards in international competitions for carving ornaments into both fruit and cheeses.

The hotel wellness is also well worth mentioning and visiting. The indoor swimming pool reminiscent of the Roman Baths will transport you into ancient times. Apart from bathing, we also recommend going for a Thai massage, performer by skilled Thai masseuses!

If you’re planning a conference or congress, want quality services and were impressed by the reputation of Prague as one of the best congress venues in the world, the Top Hotel Prague may be your best choice. We trust that you will be fully satisfied!
